As we\u2019ve both been quite busy with work and family life, the blog and Facebook have unfortunately taken a back seat. To everyone who\u2019s been waiting for updates here, we\u2019d like to offer a big \u201csorry\u201d. We hope you\u2019ll forgive us. Because, of course, our projects have continued regardless.<\/p>\n

First, regarding our Christmas campaign<\/a>: we were delighted by the many donations and implemented \u2018Sport and Play\u2019 projects in February this year. A total of 150 new footballs were provided for children\u2019s football teams in Imizamo Yethu<\/a>, including the \u2018Rising Stars\u2019. Now, thanks to your donations, over 300 children in the township can finally train properly. With an average of three old balls for every 30 children, this simply wasn\u2019t possible before. Today, the little ones are enjoying more exercise, active play and fun amidst the difficult daily life of the township. Five balls also went to our nursery children at the Noluthando Day Care Centre<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
