We seek to improve the poor living conditions of the people in the South African township <\/span><a style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.help-iy.org\/en\/imizamo-yethu\/\">Imizamo Yethu\/ Hout Bay<\/a><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">, located close to Cape Town. Thereby, our projects focus mainly on education. However, other issues are covered as well:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">supporting local educational institutions like kindergardens and schools<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">buying teaching materials or funding school attendance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">providing clothes, food and toys<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">improving the housing situation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">helping with medical care<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">supporting local business start-ups<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">supporting other local non-profit organizations which are following the same goals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">The projects are coordinated by a Help IY director on site in Hout Bay. At the same time there is a direct communication with the management body in Stuttgart, Germany. As we are working fully voluntarily, every donation benefits the people in Imizamo Yethu.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\">Our intention is unbureaucratic and transparent support on a local level.
